details will follow i am sure, but if the boat was found running around in circles i would think he did not have the kill switch cord hooked up. i have forgotten that a few times but no way should you take off without it hooked to your belt or life jacket...prayers for the fam...

I connect mine to my life jacket and never disconnect it from the life jacket or the ignition, the cord is long enough that I can take off my life jacket without disconnecting it. When I shut off the big motor I take off my life jacket before I get up and leave everything connected, when I get ready to crank the big motor again I put my life jacket back on with the kill switch still connected. I never disconnect the kill switch from the life jacket or ignition, if the big motor is running my life jacket is on and if my life jacket is on then I'm connected to the kill switch
    I got 350 heads on a 305 engine.
I get 6 miles to the gallon.
I aint got no good intentions.
