    We use to cook them all like that. Having small kids my dinner was cold by the time I prepped theirs.

    It's hard to cook them big mama's hold though. I like the taste of the bone in the fish too...

    I ain't eating around bones in my fish. I know lots that do though.

    Bones are why a lot of people don't eat fish. My family was raised on fillets, and they all know how to clean fish. Even our youngest daughter, 14 yrs old, she helps me ribbing. Heck, she even helps breast out ducks!
