Default Train/Car wreck..Just happened....I saw it...pic

This just happened. I was on way home from breakfast out. Car tried to beat the train. This is down the street from my house. Don't know if anyone was/is hurt. I had my camera with me this time. The car got hit at the first intersection and was pushed to the second crossing at the court square.

hope nobody was hurt, it's amazing how some people are willing to risk thier lives because they are so impatient. waiting 5 minutes would have saved this guy his car plus any injuries from the impact.

People are in just too big a hurry! The person/ppl in the car would have been lucky not to get hurt.

Seen a guy get a semi loaded with styrofoam cups hung up on a RR crossing. Fast freight hit the trailer, took over a mile to get stopped. All that styrofoam made it look like it done snowed in August.

Lets see a car weighs... and a train weighs... I bet on the train every time.

I saw a train hit a semi in Oxnard Cali a while back. There was a stop light on the far side of the track crossing. The truck pulled up to the light, then the arm at the tracks came down on the truck trailer. The driver had to place to go. No injuries.

It is never a good idea to try to beat a train. The train can not stop on a dime, it will take a mile or more.
