    I was wondering is there a way to narrow the member search to people that live near you?

    Daniel, there isn't any way to narrow your search to people that live near you. Not everyone, yourself included, has their whereabouts listed on their User CP ... so we don't know where everyone lives. Your best bet is to frequent the state forum that represents your home state, or the states which contain the waters you fish. Introduce yourself, and let the members know where you live and where you fish.
