Help!!!!!!

I need a new internet provider. Can anyone give me an idea of who I should go with. I am looking at People-PC? I have MSN and they stink. I won't go into it but believe me they do. My son has AOL and he hate's it. Any Ideas will be of great help. I have to have dial up. Ron

I hate them all!I have dial up to Ive tried several and always went back to aol.I like the home page and plus i get firewalls and spyware protection and all that other stuff with just that one monthly payment.Just try them all and make up your own mind.Also for some reason aol seems to download quicker than the others ive tried.Good luck with what ever you decide to do.

Ron, I used AT&T Worldnet for years and was satisfied with them. I only dropped them when I was finally able to get cable.---Pooch

I got mine thru my cable provider. It comes with firewall and spyware as well. I really like it. The only drawback is if the cable is out so is my internet, but I guess that is the same with dail up. Oh you can also use your phone while on the internet with cable.

For dial-up, I use "NetZero" (do search) and have enjoyed it for years, however, it is slow as dial-up is, but I'm in no hurry and got better things to do with my money than give it to fast internet, etc.

wmconnect.com that is walmart internet - it is $7.94 a month - it runs like aol
have not had any problems so far

crap king do you get any spy ware protection and firewalls and all that stufff with that?Thats one I havent tried.You say it runs like aol if it does im not against saving money thats more fishing stuff I can buy.

I think you can get it but it cost a little extra - now it does have the normal basic protection with the prompts asking if you are sure if you want to go this secure site - but they do offer some extra with a little more money - I have this stuff loaded on my computer when I bought it

I used Netzero for years before i got cable, never had a problem with it.Still use it for my E-mail.
