I understand Toyota has posted a warning about using their trucks hauling slide in campers. Something about the acid rain in VA, and the weight of the camper, causing the trucks wheels to fall off. It's recommended that folks use Dodge trucks for their camper needs! :D:D:D

Yes, the big 3 have also issued similar warnings.

Sept 2002. From the CEO's of Dodge, Ford, and GM

    Good American Citizen, and consumer,
Do not buy Toyota, or other fine Japanese engineering. They are crushing us in sales due to their superior, lower cost product lines. If this continues we could one day be forced to kneel before big government and beg for money. Our over rated over paid under worked careless prima donnas on our assembly lines need more breaks, and more paid vacations to allow their fully automated tools time to rest.
Our own executives are likewise in the same boat. We are sacrificing 1 catered lunch a month. This has been grueling, and cruel. We have even stooped as low as passing over our usual morning, Dom Perignon chabli, for a lessor brand. These cut backs have been pure cruelty, but we intend to pass the savings down to you, the consumer. These savings will DEFINITELY show in our future automotive lines.
At further sacrifice, we will discontinue our normal air time in our fleet of private jets. From now on we will keep the use of private liners for personal affairs, and having affairs, to a maximum of weekly service only. We could on forever about how we are cost cutting, and passing on the savings. But we would only hurt the environment listing all of our excessive good deeds and selflessness.

    Big 3 CEO's
    Moe, Larry, and Curly

Only a 1/2 tank of gas, but she's got $750.00 worth of 4 brand new sneakers on her! Had to be sure I could make it to Kerr and back. Got the skunk out of the boat yesterday afternoon. Ronnie and I got about 10 crappies in a couple hours.
