Default winter time fishing gloves

What kind and/or kinds have you found to work best in this kind of weather. I am still having trouble coming up with the right set-up for fishing. Have always heard that if you keep your head and the tops of your hands warm it is a big help. Been using fingerless wool ones but looking for others.

I have lost them, but had a pair of neoprene gloves from cabelas, that the finger section folds back.
Warm, waterproof, and wide and long cuffs to go over your arms.

Funny, I bet I have got a half dozen different kinds, but unless it's really
bad, what do I end up wearing? A pair of thin wool ones with a hole wore
in the thumb and pointer finger Smell like fish, and I think was on clearance
rack at Wally World, cheapest pair I got. You can stick your thumb or finger
out through the hole, or retreat when you can't feel it anymore

I’ve found that for the money you can’t beat good old brown jersey gloves. I buy them in a package of 10 (I think) put the whole package on the boat. If one gets wet take it off and get another pair.

We get them at work and even though I have bunches of different pairs of gloves for hunting, I use the brown jerseys just like you. The only other thing I do is bring a super warm pair of hunting gloves in case I have a long boat ride and then change when I get where I'm going.

Default Sealskinz?

I use one of my many pair of gloves used for duckhunting for the boat ride then switch to neoprene. Have been reading about Sealskinz on a striper forum. Kind of pricey but get rave revues. Anyone use or know about these?
