The people here are so nice, I figured there'd surely be some decent folks in here to discuss non-Crappie related things with.

Instead, I find just more of the usual Bush-bashing, anti/pro religion nonsense. I cannot understand people that take such pride in bashing their President, whether they like him or not. I guess they just have lack of character that can't be accounted for.

Won't waste my time here. It's really a shame Ed even allows it.

There are those of us who stand up to defend GW.
But, we have found out that talking politics, on a forum dedecated to Crappie fishing, detered possible friendships that otherwise would be just fine. Even though this is posted in the off topic side of the forum, I have personally tried to bite my tounge here lately.
If you want to discuss anything about crappie fishing, I am there. Please don't try to judge all of us just from posts of the past. Look forward to sharing some catching tricks with you in the future.

Have to agree with "Stray". No matter where you go or waht you do there seems to be a bad egg in the batch. But if you'll look for the good such as the "Present for AnchorPuller" you'll see that there is a lot more good on this board (even the off topics).

The saying that 'the bad folks do stays around for ever but the good is often inturned with their bones' is so true.
