Now that is just dang good ol down home cooking right there. I did the same with turnip greens with the turnips and smoked ham hocks the other night. Now will have the leftovers with fried shrimp tonight with cut up sweet tater (into cubes and coated with olive oil, salt, pepper and powdered garlic) put on a cookie sheet and baked in a 400 oven for 30 min.
