I am going to try Sac's crappie cake recipie with baked fillets and cream corn. Boiled my fillets last night in Crab boil. Can't wait to make the cakes.

Tonight we splurged, the wife took us to Applebee's where I put down a platter of their riblets and a bake potato and chase that with a cranberry margarita. Wife had same. Not bad for their 2 for $20 menu.

Jumping the gun a bit. Chicken and dressing, fresh turnip greens cooked with smoked ham hocks and cherry tomatos, green beans and whole garlic drizzled with E.V.O.O. all together and done on a cookie sheet in a 400 degree oven for 15 min.
