Pork and Beef Roast slow cooked together all day and then added chunked potato's, onions and minnie carrots, to it and let cook for a few hours and then make gravy out of the dripping off of the Roasts. Have enough for a few meals and then put the rest all together and make a stew out of the left overs with the gravy mixed in with it. EB

Whole chicken in Showtime Rotisserie, after I cleaned and seasoned it and injected it with cajun spices. Slow cook it for 1-1/2 hrs while basting it with virgin oil with spices mixed in it. Steam some veggies on the top of it in the steamer and having Mash Potato's and gravy. Having Ice Cream for dessert. EB
