Fried squirrel, biscuts and gravy, and fresh garden tomatoes would be a fine meal.

I fried some squirrel with my electric fence. Squirrels can't seem to take just one and eat it. The take a bite out of one, the go get another.

    Worse than chain draggers.

... only thing better, IMHO .... fried Rabbit, mashed taters w/rabbit gravy, and some fried green tomatos ... washed down with sweet tea

Haven't heard of, or seen, a mater eatin squirrel ... but my late step-dad & my Mom did see a squirrel attack, kill, and eat a Sparrow ... right in their driveway.

They do the same thing to the Pears on my Mom's tree. And they do seem to like the biggest ones on the tree.

Fox urine will keep them from the garden. You can get it from your garden center stores. Human hair will keep the rabbits out also. EB

I can't have tomatoes, apples or anything for the squirrels. I have got a mess of squirrel tails in the deep freezer though, for when I want to tie some jigs.
