I was wondering the same thing. Said it had been moved I clicked on it and it ask for a password. I just figured it had been deleted since that happens to a lot of my response postings but the password thing was odd. I then figured maybe it had been moved to the toilette so I didn't enter my password since I didn't want to go there.

you can try getting to them through one of your other posts, just click on your name then click on "find all posts"., I don't think they can be moved from crappie.com to the otcrappie.com because they are different websites. But the password thing is puzzling.

I wouldn't be surprised if they show up on my board. Ya'll gotta know by know how much Crap King hates that social/political stuff in his board. I am rather shocked that one of Ship's thread got whacked, talk about the most gentle harmless soul there ever was. Which one of us screwed up that one?

Wink If I had to guess ...

... what happened to those particular threads, I'd have to say that Ed probably moved them to the "garbage" forum. (which is why you're asked for a password to view them)
Doesn't matter who started the thread ... if it's not appropriate for this forum, then it is subject to being deleted or moved. If the subject of the thread starts out as political, or if replies lead it into a political discussion, it's subject to being edited or deleted ... since it can't be "moved" to the appropriate spot ... (OTCrappie).

NO ONE can totally delete a thread, anymore ... not Mods, not SuperMods, not even ED All threads that are "deleted", are soft deleted ... leaving the title, & "maybe" leaving a reason for the deletion ... but, not totally removed from the site. According to Ed, this is for legal protection purposes. Even spam posts will be treated this way, so now it's more important than ever to "report" spam posts ... especially those that have obvious porn or foul language in the title. Ed is the only one that can move the whole thread to the garbage bin, so reporting those types of posts is the fastest means for getting him involved.

Yes ... the "garbage" forum is a storage area for removed posts. Only Ed has the ability to view it.
