I am interested but completely unfamiliar with fantasy football, dont know the very least of things about it.

The Vikes have a pretty good team hitting the field this year.

    Thumbs up Good lookin team!

That's as good a lookin team as I've ever seen in either league Shoer!!

They're even better lookin than our or maybe your man Bret! Wish he'd

just give it up and go out on top. Seen too many atheletes try to come

back and just humiliate themselves in the process.

We need a QB sumthin fierce. Favre will work better than anything we got if he ends up playing for MN.

If one of you guys wanna PM me a phone # I have free long distance and will call ya if you are willing to explain to a rookie how fantasy football works. I am a devoted NFL and Vikings fan, feel I am missing out. Or put a link up if there is some site that explains it in laymans terms. Thx!

    Killer 3,
I grew up in SW Minn and saw some of the earlier games when they played outdoors in Metropolitan Stadium. I was a youngster but tailgated and ate bratwurst in the parking lot the morning of Gameday. Bud Grant was coach and The Purple People Eaters ruled, except come Superbowl time. We have been to the big dance 4 times and lost em all.
Where you at in WI? Dont recognize the town.
Someone please take the thread back on topic, do not mean to hijack. Guess I shoulda PMed but to lazy and beat from work right now.

The league is set up for 12 players. If more guys follow, the league will have to decide to live draft or auto pick. If the league chooses Live Draft you better pre rank your players just in case you can't make the live draft.

This is the first time I have been commish of a football team and it is somewhat different than other sports. I'm learning too...

Ok thanks a bunch Pox. I will look at it in the wee hours no doubt and tomorrow I have a client who is the announcer and travels with the William & Mary sports teams, I know him & his son are both very much in the know about fantasy football and will pick their brains. I am pretty familiar with the leagues better players so think this somehow has something to do when putting yur team together. I may call ya anyway in the next few days, I need to borrow some money from someone.

I like to talk trash and expect the same in return. Win/lose it dont matter, its all about having fun.
