The techs are volunteers and they are very friendly and helpful...and they really seem interested in helping you with your query...they don't blow you off like the techs hired by the hardware and application techs....

They will work with you until your question is answered or until it actually cannot be answered...then they help you with a workaround fix...

Another good forum site I've found is Tek-Tips Forums

. Allows you to post questions under a variety of areas and someone out there almost always comes back with one or more solutions. Good resource to use if you need it.
