Wrwest ....
... yep, it's been posted about before
Me, personally ... I can read the scrambled letter words just as fast and easy as if they were spelled out correctly --- but, I still get caught and have to stop and start over, sometimes, when reading those posts that use "to" when they mean "too" (and some of the other, similar spelling/grammar mistakes). They are connected, in a way ... since the mind reads the whole word (at a glance), and THEN puts the meaning into context. Homophones* are what throw me ... since I try and read the meaning into the sentence, as I read the sentence.
(*homophone : one of two or more words pronounced alike but different in meaning or derivation or spelling ... as in the words to, too, and two)
