Default Question on Fishing Expo this weekend in Raleigh

    Guys,
I live down in Fayetteville and was thinking about driving up to the fishing expo this saturday. Is it worth the hour or so drive? Any idea how much they charge to get in?

    Thanks

I like the workshops they have. You can never learn too much. I've sat through Monk's presentations at least three years now and I always pick up a little something each time. There are some saltwater workshops that are good as well. I printed out the schedule and have four one-hour sessions marked on Friday that I will attend. I will then spend a couple of hours looking at the boats and shopping for fishing tackle.

    Default Come See Us

There are a couple of guys on this website that will be set up there. Both Monk and myself will be there. Monk deals in crappie supplies while I deal mostly in stripers and catfish. Both of us have rod holding equipment. I will also have Add-A-Seats this year and adapters for them. Monk does seminars for crappie while I do stripers and catfish. Check us both out in seminars and booths. We will both have deals. See ya there.

    Default Jig Alley

You have to come to the show and take a stroll down jig alley. I have been in this business for over (35) years and I have never seen a selection of jig heads as we have this year, colors, weights and hook sizes.

Your trip to Raleigh is worth while if you need crappie fishing tackle!
