Thread: Are you ready

for a Social?
These are the sites where we can legally cook.
High Rock- Tamarac Marina
Tuckertown- High Rock Dam Picnic and Fishing Area
Lake Norman- Stutts Marina
Jordan Lake- Several to choose from.
Falls Lake-Several to choose from.
If a lake chosen is other than these, we can still have a Social but without the cooking. If you know of another lake where we can cook, let me know. Also do you want me to post the dates that I can be at the Socials?

Hmmm Stutts Marina....that's a pain to get in and out of....i.e. Brawley School Road. Oh well. Good food and good company. lol

Nat, Let's have a social. Pick a warm sunny day with light wind. And plan on being there with the ghost, crap king.

Brawley School Road is a pain. Lake Norman is not as fisherman friendly as it once was. I know the woman that used to own and is now running the Marina and she is fisherman friendly and has agreed to let us have a Social there.

WHAT, you know good and well that if the ghost shows up there will be a blizzard in July with 40 mph winds or 80* in February with 40 mph winds and 2 inches an hour of rain.

Nat, I think posting the dates you can make it would be the best thing to do. With several options...most everyone can probably work it in. Like I said before you are the catalyst behind the socials, or the wind in our sails...no wait that is crap-king. Since Jordan was the last choice and was cancelled...I think it would be fair to just do it there...but that is just my 2 cents worth.

...but here goes anyway.

What is the purpose of being able to vote for more than one lake or date? I understand having a second choice but in this case it looks like you would just be voting against yourself.
