does anyone have or know some one that has tried an underwater camera such as the aqua view or the cabelas brand one, just wondering how they work in the lakes around here, would be nice to know what those arches down there realy are, crappie or white perch, striper catfish bass carp, gar, who knows, i have heard that some times you can tell by they way they are stacked up but nothing beats really seeing them. in theory they sound like a good tool to have, i'm just looking for a real world experience with them.
yes i seen my buddy's . the water was pretty clear and you can see the fish just like they are on t.v
Water is not clear enough around here to see much.
I have an Olumpus stylus 1030sw, works great in the mountains for trout, but water around here is pretty murky and you have to hold the camera right next to the fish to get a shot, camera is waterproof, good for grab and grins but to me money wasted for taking pictures of stripes.
