Thread: High Rock

Any one catching any crappie on High Rock.

Went for a couple of hours Tuesday afternoon and caught 2 and had a nice sized fish get off at the boat. Really wasn't dead set on fishing but I had a dozen minnows and decided why not. The main lake below Second Creek had a lot of sticks and junk still floating and the water looked very dingy. I made my way to Crane Creek and it looked a lot better. Good luck if you go.

Not many. We fished the river & upper end of HR today. Only managed 6 fish all day but 4 of them were nice keepers, 10 1/2 - 11 1/2 inches. Water was 45-48 degrees & still dingy but not too bad. Sloowwww day, my first fish came after 2 o'clock. Even Kolton couldn't get them to bite today. :D

I felt bad about catching most of the fish last time.So I decided early this morning i was not going too try very hard to out fish you.I felt several bites but tried not to hook them.I told dad we should have took some pictures since you finally caught fish.Well there is always next time.Man was it ever tough out there today.:D:D
