Sorry Eddie that you had a tough day. Where were you fishing and how? We were trolling up the lake and had a pretty good day. Anyway, you got to get out on the water on a nice day in December and enjoy the outdoors. Good luck next time.

I was fishing in the lenoir water works area, was using green and black jigs, nofish but still more fun than working.

That creek there at the waterworks should have some fish in it. Connelly creek almost always has baitfish in it. Try trolling it some time with some curly tail jigs. If the water is clear try blue and silver or blue and pearl. Chartreuse and black are always good colors at Rhodhiss. Good luck next time.

I agree with Chugbug. Fished tuesday & caught crappie on solid green curly tail jigs early & late, mid day they seemed to want anything with blue in it.
Used solid blue curly tails, blue w/silver tail, & blue w/chartreuse tail. All caught fish as long as part was blue. Tried various other colors with no luck.
