Headed to Jordan for the 1st time tomorrow.
Putting in at Sea forth off of 64
Where can I get minnows. Coming from Greensboro
Thanks!!
There is a store on the left at the intersection just before you get to Seaforth that sells minnows, don't remember the name of it. Seaforth was closed for repairs, don't know if it has opened back up yet. Good luck, we'll be looking for a report tomorrow.
Crappie fishing is my lighthouse of sanity in an insane world,
It keeps me from crashing on the rocky shores of everyday life.
Crappie.com is my beacon of light!
don't fret seaforth is open, they open the gate a 8am. give or take a few minutes. it's been slow of late. good luck.
After you cross the Haw River go to the top of the hill and the store on the left at a crossroads has minnows. If Seaforth is closed, go across the lake to another crossroads and turn right and the Ebenezer ramp is 2 miles on the right-take the second driveway. BTW-Ebenezer is 24 hours.

Slow!
This was my first and last trip to Jordan for winter hwy 64 Crappies.
I fish because I dont like crowds. Not my style.
Oh yeah in the confusion I lost my hand held GPS over the side. Dont ask why, I am still crying!!!
If you can go during the week it will be a different game, + with it being the holidays you have several extra boats that normally aren't there. You can also move around the lake some and find some other spots that will produce.

Hey man, go to Shearon Harris for Crappies! No crowds, and as far as I can tell more Crappie. I get my limit every time I go and I am not a great Crappie fisherman. All you have to do is look in the cove that the boat ramp is at off of 42. Too simple.
