Thread: PeeDee 10-12

Was hoping to hook into some crackers like last year but only managed to get one and a bunch of dink panfish. I think I need to learn how to fish the deep water like the rest of you. Curious what you guys do when you catch a small fish that swallows the hook? Also, I have read a lot about the 565 and x96, any reason to sway one way or the other?

I Cut The Line And They Say The Hook Will Rust Out In A Few Days. Don't Have A Clue About The X96, But The 565 Is A Pretty Good Bang For The Buck. Course I Like Things Simple Anyway.

I use long nose plyers through the gills.
