Thread: Norman Report 10-18-08

Last week I fished the mid section major creek arms and got skunked. (25 mph winds.It was rough)
Yesterday. Fished the upper end 6:30 to 12:30 .Shiners for bait. Water temp 71-72 degree's.
5 striper, put one back, 2 greenheads, 1 snothead, and 1 gar. Didn't catch anything the last hour and ran out of bait. 40-50 ft of water. All striper came on downlines. :D

i take it your fishing up by the islands.....heard thats where the action has been.


i scoped out hicks creek the other day and didnt find much of any signs of life in there.
