Thread: Lake Brandt

Well took the day off frome work to fish!!!!!!!! Did not get on lake until 12:30 fished laydowns with jig, no luck. I moved to the trellis on the right and began catching on the first cast. I caught about 25 in the 6-8 range and 2 over 10 inches had a blast. The two big females (for our small city lakes) were still full of eggs. I really have not caught any in shallow water, I don
't know if most have already spawned or the fish are just confused and are spawning late. I will be taking my two sons on Sunday after church.
