Thanks for the report! I really like the Hiss for it's scenery but I don't seem to be able to do very well fishing there.
well fished hiss today for a few hours. it was tough but found a few fish in goat farm. there right on the bank in the wood. i could'nt get them to hit a jig,the bite was slow so minnows on a float was the ticket. about 2 feet deep in 4 feet of water. there on the banks shallow.hope you guys catch a bunch.50/50 on the size. hope this helps someone. check out this video from two weeks ago. https://youtu.be/3nzRIF5DKxg

Thanks for the update.
Next time you go, try the creek across from goat farm. Its the creek from McGalliard Falls. In the very back, on the right, there's a HUGE tree that fell several years ago and it should be full of crappie. The cork and minnow will be the best bet there too. It's very dense. There's a lot of blow downs in the area too. Make sure you try them too. It's one of my favorite creeks on the lake.

Anyone been around Rhodhiss in the last day or so? How muddy is it?
Thanks for your report. Haven't fished Rhodehis in many years. Brings back lots of memories. Liked the video! Haven't fished Norman in about 3 years.
