Default Lake Norman striper/hybrids 11-21, first trip on NEW BOAT

Finally had all work done and things adjusted the way i want on my new boat. put in the ramp and went to one of my favorite November spots and put a spanking on them early and quick. For anyone that says hybrids will not do good on Norman, well all it took was 1 trip to find out they are doing great!!

set the 6 rod spread out a little bit away from some working birds and it didnt take long. Rod #1 loads up, then #2....the 3, 4.....downrigger pops then the 2nd........all 6 rods are hooked up. get them all in after a little maneuvering with 3 on board. 5 of the 6 rods had 2 fish on at once, and #6 just had 1. what an opening series on the new boat.

needless to say we picked away at them the rest of the afternoon. caught 25+ and released approx a 9-10lb striper. The hybrids are fat, and growing fast!!!

the boat is already a fish catching machine!!!!!

Full day 1/2 day or evening Striper/Crappie fishing trips available at a very affordable price for
Lake Norman, Badin, Wateree, High Rock.
Individual maker of the heavy duty "hybrid" A-rig Trolls just like an umbrella rig, Guaranteed to put fish in the boat

Well that is a good way to break it in. what kind of boat did you get? Looks like maybe a Carolina Skiff from the little I can see.

Well it is made in Georgia. I think the company originally started in NC, hence the name. Never been on one, I have an old Tracker Alum Bass Boat. The stripers are pretty hot on Lake Murray now. I don't believe we have any Hybrids in Murray. I've caught some at Hartwell though. They are fun to catch but we never got into them like you did.
