I'm heading up there tomorrow! I am immensely excited. This will be my 24th fishing trip to Lake of the Woods in Ontario, and my 1st trip in 4 years. It will be great to spend lots of time with the family.

I'll take lots of pictures.

Good luck. We used to go up there and always caught loads of walleyes, plenty of smallmouths, a few crappies, and the occasional northern pike or muskie. I got a 41" muskie in 2005. I am envious, but I hope you have a blast. Be sure and throw a black spinnerbait with a silver blade for the big boys.

Have a great time, the weather should be perfect, a lot less humid then its been here lately. Enjoy a few Canadian beers for me while your in Canada. I do miss my homeland at times during the summer but there is still nothing like fishing in December in a boat and not having to own an ice auger

Lived there, fished there--37 years ago when working in the furniture industry. Great fishing all over Canada. But especially the northern part.
