    Default Another New Guy

Hey guys and gals. I've been lurking on your board for months now and decided it was time to join in. I've been most impressed by the true friendships that I see here. It's a great group and I look forward to learning more about this great past time of crappie fishing.

I live in Stallings just south of Charlotte, work in Monroe and fish Badin Lake most of the time. I have an 18 foot Alumacraft center console and I'm just learning the crappie craft. I can drown minnows with the best but I'm still a little lost on the lingo of tight lining, long lining, shooting docks and the like. I am trainalble and I expect that I will continue to improve and learn to catch some tasty table fair year round instead of just in the spring.

If you see a black aluminum center console on Badin, that'll be me. Hope to meet many of you out on the waater.

    Welcome from Raleigh...
Give a man a fish and he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish....hmmm...and live on a teacher's wages? Just give the guy the flippin' fish already..
