Anybody know the condition and water clarity of Buggs Island?
I have a Thanksgiving weekend trip planned with a few other guys for Crappie and Stripers. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Chuck.

Sorry to say it's a mess. I moderate the Crappy portion of Kerr Lake Fishing Report. You can google this site and get hourly lake levels as well. The water is over several of the bridges and some ramps are closed. Smiles, G

The Corps predicition is 307 on the 24th. Just watching the fill & drain patterns over the last 24 hrs I don't see it dropping much in the next 10 days. One will just have to wait and see. As a post on the Kerr site stated; a week ago we were headed to 292 and look at it now. Smiles, G
