Thread: 2 lb 8 oz crappie from Jordan

Anyone else heard anything about it? My daughter emailed me a picture of one a co-worker caught at Jordan Lake in the past few days. If its okay with him I will post the picture.

Poppop...don't know about that one but 1st fish I caught on trip 11/4 was 2lb. 5 oz. from Jordan.

I weighed one for a guy from Ashboro on my digital scale a few weeks ago at Farrington that was 2 lb 7 1/4 oz. It was a nice fish. Haven't heard about this one but it doesn't surprise me.

darn guys....I ain't even made it to the 2 lb club yet...so it seems this size are fairly common? Nice fish Oldfisher...

Pop looks like that might be the one that got loose @ the boat the other day. It was that big.

Dang where are all these big fish being caught at???

It looked close Dave....I meant to change out that #4 hook and didn't. If I had a #2 it might have held.

Pop. I think I saw you drop that one a couple weeks ago. You just need to kill you some big horns and get back over here. If you spend much time on Jordan in December and January, you will catch several over 2 lbs.
