Swivel neck and I went to Jordan today started at Farrington around 10:00am and boy was it bad. North wind was rough but fish were stacked up in the channel pretty thick. Could not get them to bite. Left there around noon and headed south to the 64 bridge and it was just as bad there. We did pick up a few at the bridge but had to venture out on the hunt and finally the dinner bell rang and we started feelin that thump catching some good keepers from 3:30 till dark. had to leave them biting because it was getting to late to see and we got our limit and then some. Largest was 14" w/ several 11- 12.5's Found them tight lining a drift on a ledge from 14' to 18' of water hitting jigs and minnow combos (pink/blue/chart, pink/brown/chart. were the best). I,ll say God blessed us with a fine ending to rough but beautiful day.<>< <>< <><
Luv to feel that thump!:D
atta boy mac. we hit the town today. was that wind something else or what. glad ya got ya some bud.
My Father went today and had a similar experience. He started out at Farrington and had lots of fish on the finder, but could not get them to bite. He moved and ended up with 14. He had one at 15" and two at 14". He said they were the largest crappie he had ever caught in his life. Congrat's on getting your limit today.
Thank you for the report! Did the afternoon bite occur near Farrington or near 64?
I wasn't born here, but I got here as fast as I could
Nothing wrong with a challange! Glad it all worked out in the end for you.
1mac...good Jordan report, thanks for sharing
1Mac38, Did you leave because it was getting dark or because you had to?Or did your partner outfish you. Just kidding. I thought you might find some of those pigs I left for you. HA HA!! God report 1Mac38, and thanks.SKIFF

It keeps me from crashing on the rocky shores of everyday life.
