Thread: Badin 10/12/09

Trolled for stripers yesterday afternoon and then did a little catfishing last night for a few hours and did pretty good with both of them. caught 18 stripers and had 5 catfish: 3 blues and 2 flatheads. biggest kitty was a 35 lb. blue and the other cats were from 20lb to 30lb. stripers were 5-8lb. and most came on a jigging spoon, only got a couple dinks trolling. Awesome day on the water!!! fished from 2pm to 10:30pm. :D CrowderJ, let me know when you're goin' after the kitties and I'll put you on 'em!

Hopefully many more to come before fall is over with. If ya'll are heading to Badin after stripers, let me know and I'll try to put you on 'em. I try to stay with 'em this time of year. They are too fun not to fish for now. water temp. was 74 degrees so it's still a little early, but it's getting good quick!
