Thread: back from the coast

thanks to all who gave me some advice for my saltwater trip to Topsail, we had a great time, son caught a redfish that fell in the slot, we got several flounder witha few of em keepers, more bluefish than you can shake a stick at and a variety of other fish. We stayed 6 days and not once did I look at a TV, listen to a radio (except while driving), read a newspaper or get on a computer.

now thats a vacation right there. congrats on the catch and the relax.

no TV/radio and 6 days at the coast would be great, to catch a bunch of fish while down there is just a huge bonus! Glad you guys had a great time.

Great trip. No TV and paper is fine by me, I do take the laptop so I can keep up with Crappie.com. That is one of the reasons that I stay with Nextel, no service at OBX.
