Piedmont 2-Man Team Bass Classic
October 10~ Fall Classic at Falls Lake~Ledge Rock Wildlife Ramp~Results
Conditions 73 to 85 degrees. Water Dingy. Wind 0 to 15 mph. Water Temps to 73+ degrees.
Ended up being a pretty day! Bass fishing continues to be good, but big ones are still in a funk.
Plenty of shorts are being caught. Only 18 keepers were weighed in with 0 deceased. Our guys
are still doing a good job keeping them alive! Big fish (9.66) was caught using a Fat Free Shad
and I weighed in another bass for an angler that was not in the tournament that weighed 7.70
and was caught on a chartruese spinnerbait. Bass seemed to be on channel or point dropoffs
and around stump bottoms from 4 to 10 feet in depth. 9 out of the 20 teams weighed in but
everyone caught fish! We still need some rain!! Polygraph was given and everyone passed!
