Default T town today!

Me and Pete headed down to the town today looking for stripers. There have been some nice ones caught out of there and we sure found 'em first thing in the morning. The only thing was, they wouldn't bite. water temp. was 51 and my truck said 12 degrees when we launched the boat this morning. Finally ended up pulling aroundsome bucktails with some small swimbaits behind them looking for some feeding fish. Caught a nice crappie on the swimbait and then decided to go and try to jig some brush. I've tried to jig brush for 3 years on and off and haven't caught a crappie yet. Well, we ended up catching around 30 fish in a little less than two hours and kept 21 nice ones, most over 10". That was fun jigging for 'em. We'll do it again Pete!!!
