Default Light question

I have not been night fishing in a long time, and before I dive into it I want to dip my toe in and test the water.

The floating LED lights from Optronics, are they worth getting?

I agree with Pete. I use 3 Q-Beam Starfire lights on a 19' skeeter & can't imagine anything drawing more minnows. Whatever you decide, use submersible lights to keep the bugs outta your face.

Bought 2 of these. Won't buy another q-beam or any other submersible light.

Those look like well made lights ncnat. Do they last longer than the Q Beam or do you like the halogen bulb?

Default hydro glow green light

I have used the q beam and several other types. Last year I bought the Hydro glow green light. It is both salt water and fresh water use. In fact it was first used in salt water fishing. Have both dock lights and boat lights. A little expensive but the four footer is perfect for my setup. link below;

It works just like a q-beam, only better. Everything on the Aquastar is replaceable, globes, lenses and bulbs.
