Night Stalking Falls Lake Tonight...

I am going to fish out of Ledge Rock tonight and I wonder If anyone has ever Nightstalked in that part of the lake out in Open Water, and if you've had any luck? I don't want any coordinates or anything but I am talking about the area of the lake out around the mile marker # 12.

Soon that 3 year old will be showing you where and how to catch fish! lol There was a lot of tlk about the Old Car on here a while back but I dont know where it is myself. I think its somewhere around the marina area but not sure. Ill search it.

ok redboat I found an old post on the old car and it said...

"The old car is to the right after leaving the boat ramp, the river channel makes a U and runs near the bank, fish in the channel and near the dropoffs of the channel. There is also a "rock" if you go down the lake and to the right again, it is in the channel and near the bank."

I guess you know that though because you posted to that thread right before that comment. I often looked at that area on a Falls map where the river channel comes close to the shore at the mouth of the creek and makes a U and wondered if you could get there from shore. Never tried though.

Pretty soon! We took her out for a couple boat rides this summer.. but right now she doesn;t like it when I go slow... In a few months we'll try it from shore

Yeah! I sort of remember that... The area I want to try tonight is in that part of the lake but more out in the middle..... Looks like its going to be somewhat of an experimental night...
