I've read about it, sounds kinda nasty. Lime juice and the fish, sometimes Palm oil?

I HATE celantro.......taste like creosote smells.

OK, I'll just slice some spanard up real thin, spash on some ponsu soy and dig in. Shashimi style! I've been known to eat it right off the cutting board. Remember those guys from Hickory, thay said "did you just see what that big guy just did?", "better hide your bait"!!

If doing spanish or tuna sashimi style - also try ginger, soy sauce(ponzu is even better) and a little brown sugar.
