Got to go fishing after about two months, hot weather and fuel cost had me sidelined. Stop at the bait store and it has new owners that quit selling minnows. Have to go five or so miles to another store and all they have is med size. Get on the water around 9 00 and it is slow no fish showing on depth finder and dont see anyone catching. Everone i talk to has the same problem so i dont feel so bad till i get to the boat ramp and see a man with a livewell full. Just when you think you can figure them out, you get humbled in a hurry. [it had to be the big minnows right?] It wont be two months before i go again.

IT WAS DEFINATELY THE BIG MINNOWS! LOL I hate it when I think I got all figured out and then WHAM I find that I dont. Its getting harder and harder to say I just enjoyed being out there. hehe I cant wait till fall!
