Default Cooler Weather/will They Move?

If The Weathermans Right, We Will Be Fishing 10 Degree Cooler Weather Friday And Saturday. Question Is Will It Change The Fishing Pattern. I Banking It Won't. I Think The Therm Has Moved Up After All This Hot Weather. I'm Going Shallow, Say 10 To 13 Ft. I'M Figuring To Catch Fish Hanging On Brush At 5 To 7 Feet. This Thread Is Meant To Get People Thinking About Crappie And Their Patterns In Hot Weather, NOT A PLAY BY PLAY ABOUT OLD SIMPLE'S FISHING ADVENTURES. WHATS YOUR GAME PLAN THIS WEEK FOLKS?

Default fishing

My game plan is to go to Tillery Fri. night and mop up on some big cats. My uncle is nightstalking and I may join him if the cat bite is off.

Planning on going either Saturday or Sunday....I enjoy just putting out some rods at different depths..and just poke along and drift. I will however try fishing some more shallow water than I have the last few times out.

PopPop, try fishing the mouth of Abbots on the right side as you head toward the river. We mopped up there last week in 14 ft of water. Good luck.

I need a new game plan, fished this morning, brush in 15 to 20 of water, could not find them, 4 fish all morning, dont know whether to go deeper or go shallow. They got me confused right now! I dont think this cooler weather will change anything. Maybe it will feel better out there to us while we fish.

CountryBoy,try fishing very shallow.A pattern very similar to the spawn.I have read several reports on other boards from folks that are catching a good many fish like that. They say that the bait fish are coming to the top where there is more oxygen, subsequently bringing the game fish to feed on them.Worth a try if you couldn't find them on your regular honey holes.Good luck. One of these trips when we're racing over that way, maybe i can meet you and little man and the gang.
