Post I just had to do it !

Drove to Buddle Creek this afternoon. I just couldn't set at home with the lake so close. Left the Polarcraft at home. I fished with minnows and a slip float. Stood on the culvert under Holloways Church Road and had a blast, despite the rain. Fish were on the bottom, right in front of culvert, at least 10 ft deep. All fish caught were 8 to 9 inches, Mostly males. Caught a few though that were females ready to pop with eggs, in the 10" range. They were all sent home to do there thang.

When this weather stabilizes, watch out!

Kellogg, since you live so close, maybe some time when I am headed to the rock, I will call you and we can get together and fish.

I'm surprised that spot wasn't taken, it usually is. Glad you got into them.

Yep, the tin can fishermen....who leaves all their trash and beer cans up both sides of Buttle Creek for a half mile.
