Default I wouldn't go

The water is ugly, full of trash, with trees and everything else floating. You will not be able to get under the Abbotts Creek or Flat Swamp bridges. And if that is not enough, almost all flood gates have been open at one time part of the day. If you like a real challenge and want to take a chance then go for it. If you want to catch fish and stay safe, then go somewhere else. Tuckertown would also not be a good choice because all of that nasty water is going into that lake at full throttle.

Tracker here's a resource to check.
savehighrocklake.org
It has the lake conditions on a live feed.
