Welcome aboard from Central NY.

Things have been a bit slow around here the last few weeks - the water levels are all down and the water temps are all up. Finding fish is a real challenge.
I hit my favorite fishing hole Saturday and caught one 9" crappie in two hours - that's all.

By October, if it isn't snowing yet, the bite in upstate NY should be pretty good.

Fall crappie fishing is usually pretty good - they like to strap on the feed bag before the water turns hard.

Good luck!
