Default rockland County

Any suggestions on any lakes in Rockland County for Crappie? I usually fish in Sullivan county but have moved to Rockland County.

Hey USC TOM,

I'll try to review this area, Rockland County, down near NYC.

Here's a tip : pick up a Delorme Topo Map Book --- you can find one at any Barnes and Noble bookstore.
You'll be able to scour this area very thoroughly with this book.

I hope this helps. Good luck, and tight lines !

You can try any of the lakes in Harriman or Sterling Forest State Parks. Can't contest to the size Crappies you might find but you will enjoy a quiet day. If you use a boat you will need to get a state permit. The permit covers both parks.
