Hey all you "chowder-heads" !

I have developed a killer recipe for Crappie Chowder, sure to satisfy your cravings for a home-made fish stew -- it's a real crowd pleaser !

I made my first version of this for a dinner party, with about 16 people in attendence --- all fellow anglers and their wives, families and children.
Even the people who don't usually eat fish or chowder, had seconds !

This is a great way to utilize your abundance of crappie fillets, as well as
any yellow perch or bluegill meat.

I agree With Swanie, Kaptain. Ya can't have to many recipes in my book, the more the marrier. Now if i could just catch me a few fish i'd be in bussiness...izzy
