Question Indiana Musky

Does anyone here chase the musky in Indiana? I know its a longshot but I thought I'd ask just in case.

Wow, no replies in nearly a year?!

Muskie fishing rocks! Webster, Loon (my personal favorite), Barbee Chain, Tippie...all have VERY nice 'lunge in them. In a month or so, I'll be out there tossin' sluggo's and bucktails.

Never fished for Muskie but the lake near me (Hardy) has Tiger Muskies. How is the best way to fish for them. Never hear very many being caught but don't think anyone fishes for them.

Default Some Ind. Musky info and links for you

There is serveral lakes in Ind. holding Muskies. I have fished a few of them. Webster is where I have fished alot. But with the price of gas so high. I have not been there since 2004. In that area there is many other lakes with Muskies. The newest lake I have tried is Lake Bruce, its closer to Logansport about 25 miles.

Here is the Ind. DNR Musky stocking sites area map.

Default Lake Bruce Musky

Went to Bruce last month fishing for bass. very poor, caught two dinky largemouth all weekend, but the surprise came when a 40" musky nailed my green pumpkin jig'n'pig. i thought i had a trophy bass on my line until the musky surfaced, it was a great time despite the low number of fish
