    Default Decent day at LOZ

Had a lot of fun on Saturday. Probably caught 50 crappie total, with about 20 legals, but only kept 15. Had 5 or 6 nice 13"+ fish. Caught them mainly on brushpiles in about 20' of water, but also caught some in 4' of water. Caught the majority on elcetric chicken slab busters with 1/32nd oz. chartruese road runner head. I'll try to get pics up of the 5 nicest fish. Wish I could have fished Sunday, but had to go to a wedding. Caught the majority of the fish around the mouth of the Gravois area.

Thanks for the update....you had beautiful day for fishing. Hopefully not to mcuh boat traffic.

That lure combination sounds deadly....might have to try!
Nothing better than getting out on the water.

All right, Mike! What a great weekend to enjoy being at the lake.

A color that worked well for me this past weekend was the yellow/white pearl on blaze orange head.

Good work, Mike. Save a few for me -- I won't be back down 'til Thansgiving.

Good work Mike! - Not that good yet on the Big Niangua. The % of keepers has been terrible the last 2 months.

Did get a few more keepers this morning, but can't find any size - they are hiding really good from me right now, but will keep hunting them.

    Glad you got into 'em.
