Thread: Smithville Crappie

Went out today @ 930am fished till 2pm fishing jigs and minnow going back out tomorrow. hope to do a little better.

Hey likestofish those look like some nice Smithville crappie. I plan on fishing Smithville Sunday, any details or tips you can pass on?

Nice fish but your post leaves out a lot of info. This site is best served when info is shared. I don't fish S'ville except in the Winter but a lot of people do.

Location?

Maybe go out Sat morn, was fishing main lake brush about 21' down with large minnows around crows creek had to move around alot

Thanks for the info liketofish. I will give Smithville a try tomorrow, haven't been on it for several months. I will be using only jigs so wish me alot of luck guys.
