    Default Jig needed

Does anyone make or know where to find a 1/16oz ball weedless jig with a gold no2 hook. I prefer the strands of nylon for the weedless part. Everharts used to carry them but their supplier has changed to a single metal strand for the weedless part. The metal strand will not stand up to brush like the nylon strands.

I sure like the Kwik-Set jigs. It is a single strand (nylon, I think) It works great - and much better than the metal strand jigs. If you want the multiple strand nylon jigheads, you can call Adam at Tombstone Tackle in Columbia and I'm sure he can help you. (573)874-2277.

Dave at hook solutions has most anything you need including sickle hooks.
He did not want to sale direct before however he is get a new website and will do just that. Dave Aery 660-547-2874. The other thing about Dave's operation is he uses a spin caster that leave little to no parting line on the top like the hand mold. If you have something special or new design in mind he may even make a mold for ya. He can pour bismith also which is lead free if needed.

Thanks for the help. I use a swimmin minnow on this jig and it saves a lot of hang-ups. Only lose about 1 or 2 a trip. It has worked better this year for me than tube jigs. I always have both just in case.
